Mental Health and Recovery is a private psychotherapy practice and session fee’s range between:
$175 to $275 depending on type of service and length of appointment.
All services, such as initial assessments or office/virtual visits, are to be paid in full at the time of appointment by Cash, Zelle or Credit Card.
An adjusted, sliding scale rate may be offered if you are experiencing financial hardship.

Cigna
TriCare (Humana Military)
Out-of-Network with all other Major Insurance networks such as BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, GHI/Emblem, etc.
If using Out of Network Insurance Benefits, you will be offered a monthly generated Superbill listing dates of sessions, service codes, diagnosis, amount paid, and provider details so that you can have ease in submitting claims to you insurance company. You will be responsible for paying session fee’s at the time of your service to then later be reimbursed by your insurance company.
You may also prefer paying Out-of-Pocket since insurance companies mandate a diagnosis, oversee your health records, and at times request your therapy notes to determine reimbursement and coverage for your sessions.
