We strive to provide a safe space of acceptance for issues to be discussed, worked on, and obstacles to be overcome.  Our belief is that the answers are within you, and can provide hope for both of us on the journey to find them.  We primarily utilize Mindfulness Based Practices and Cognitive Behavior Therapy interventions to encourage growth and emotional healing.  When appropriate, we also use an eclectic approach including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other tools that meet individual needs.
