Our belief is that the answers are within you, and therapy can provide the hope and guidance on the journey to find them. We primarily utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness Based Practices and interventions to encourage growth and emotional healing. When appropriate, we also use an eclectic approach including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Inner Child Healing, and other tools that meet individual needs.
