In order for you to get the most out of each and every session, it is recommended that you maintain a consistent therapy schedule that is in alignment with your specific clinical needs and goals. With this in mind, it is important to remember that when one patient fails to keep an appointment or cancels without advance notice, that time slot is also lost for another patient in need. For that reason, 24 hours notice is requested to change or cancel any appointment.

Without 24 hour notification, you will be charged for the entire cost of your missed session. We understand at times illness or emergencies can occur and your therapist may offer you a waived fee under those circumstances if you are able to reschedule your missed appointment within 3 days (pending therapist availability).

As part of this Cancellation Policy, a credit card must be kept on file for every patient. This card will only be used if you miss your appointment or you do not cancel with 24 hours notice and the above cases do not apply to your situation. 

Our client portal system will also offer you an option to receive text and email reminders of scheduled appointments so that you are better able to manage attending sessions.
